Sea Escape is a private oceanfront villa located in Exuma, Bahamas, designed to provide a luxury yet comfortable island experience. The home is ideal for families, couples, and small groups looking for privacy, beautiful water, and a relaxing environment. Sea Escape is a beautiful beachfront home nestled in the quiet community of The Cut, Little Exuma. At 7,000 sq ft, three (3) levels, six (6) bedrooms, six-and-a-half (6.5) bathrooms, and considerable outdoor patio and deck space, there is more than enough room for you and your loved ones.

With extensive local knowledge and a passion for hospitality, Gabby assists guests with every aspect of their experience — from coordinating airport transportation and grocery stocking to arranging private chef dinners, spa services, excursions, restaurant reservations, and island activities.
As a talented chef herself, Gabby also prepares private in-villa meals for guests seeking a more intimate dining experience during their stay. Whether planning a special celebration, arranging excursions, or simply helping guests settle in comfortably, Gabby is available before and during your stay to ensure every detail is thoughtfully handled.

Transportation
Transportation can be arranged for you prior to arrival or during your stay. Gabby will coordinate airport transportation and additional vehicle rentals if needed so your arrival and travel around the island are easy and stress-free. Cost varies.
Sea Escape has a Jeep available for guest use that seats up to 5 passengers, making it easy to explore the island, visit beaches, go to dinner, or pick up groceries in George Town.
Please note:
- In The Bahamas, driving is on the left side of the road
- A valid driver’s license is required
- The Jeep is for guest use only during your stay at Sea Escape
Grocery Stores & Provisioning
Exuma Markets and Shop Rite Exuma are grocery stores located in George Town, a short drive from Sea Escape, where guests can purchase groceries, beverages, and household items for their stay. The main grocery store on the island is Exuma Markets, which offers a wide selection of fresh produce, meats, seafood, dry goods, beverages, and household supplies. Shop Rite is another convenient grocery store option, and Prime Island Meats is a great stop for high-quality meats and grilling items.
For your convenience, Sea Escape also offers grocery stocking services. If you would like the house stocked with groceries prior to your arrival, Gabby can shop for and stock the house so everything is ready when you arrive. This is one of our most popular services and allows guests to start their vacation immediately without needing to stop at the store.
Guests who would like grocery stocking can send a grocery list in advance, and we will coordinate the shopping and stocking prior to arrival (fee applies for cost of groceries). If you choose to shop locally, we recommend guests stop at Exuma Markets on the way from the airport.

Deposits & Payments:
- A deposit is required to secure your booking in the amount of $1500
- Final payment is due prior to arrival
- A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after your stay provided no damages occur
Cancellation Policy:
60 days prior to arrival for full refund

To ensure the property remains in excellent condition for all guests:
- No parties or events without prior approval
- No smoking inside the home
- Please rinse off before entering the pool, hot tub or home
- Report any issues or concerns to Gabby immediately
